Deepak Sharma – Founder & President

Michael Stull – Executive Vice President

Mr. Stull has 20+ years of progressively responsible IT experience supporting both commercial and federal clients in the US and overseas. He has most recently served as Managing Partner of TTG Corporate helping federal sector companies develop/capture and win large and strategic programs in key markets. Program size ranges from $50 M to $400 M.

His focus has been on enabling innovative federal programs across a wide variety of organizations such as Homeland Security including Immigration Modernization and Risk-based Screening, Healthcare/ Program Integrity initiatives, and other civilian programs.

From 2004 to 2014, Mr. Stull served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Capture and Proposal Management and Vice President of Service Delivery for InfoZen, Inc. – helping grow the company from a few million dollars in revenue to $60+ million in 7 years. He was responsible for the capture of $350 Million in booked business/ backlog - 2011-2014, and previously managed key projects and programs, providing project leadership, program control, and customer satisfaction for federal clients including, CMS, DHS/ USCIS and ICE, DoD Clients, NASA, USPTO and others.

Prior to InfoZen, Mr. Stull was a founder and VP of Commercial Sales and Marketing at AppNet Inc. – which was sold to CommerceOne, and Vice President at I-NET. Mr. Stull began his career in the federal sector planning enterprise-wide new technology rollouts, then worked as a Senior Consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton supporting the information technology and management requirements of both federal and commercial clients. He subsequently founded an e-Healthcare and Health informatics-related startup organization ( after leaving Booz, Allen to better connect large health providers with physicians and consumers.

Mr. Stull has consulted to federal and commercial organizations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia regarding strategic planning, global partnerships, and large web presence and knowledge management initiatives.

Bharath Gopalaswamy – Executive Vice President

Mr. Gopalaswamy serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Partner and has 20+ years of stratgegic management and digital transformation expertise. In this capacity he provides executive oversight, strategic management and building emerging technology capabilities for the firm including development of federal sector business develop/capture and win large and strategic programs in key markets.

Previously Gopalaswamy served as the Vice- President of Strategic ventures at OCR Services Inc., a technology firm that specializes in Global Trade Management, sanctions compliance and e- governance.

Prior to his entry into the private sector, Gopalaswamy held the position of director, South Asia Center, Atlantic Council. In this capacity, he advanced US relations with South Asia. He provided regular policy inputs and counsels to senior US and regional policy makers. He forged key public and private partnerships and regularly briefed elected representatives on US policy in the region. Gopalaswamy possesses more than 10 years track record of understanding of US defense systems, national security policy and export control compliance.

Gopalaswamy holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College, University of Dublin and subsequently completed his postdoctoral studies at Cornell University.
